Tenants wanting to feel better at home by modernizing this old house a little without breaking the bank
Luckily the owner has been very open to suggestions
Floor has been white painted, to make everything brighter and allow the wooden furniture to stand out
Windows have been changed from brown glazed sliding doors to larger, clear glass, foldable doors, allowing more light inside
Now, with white floor in and out and full opening, living area has been doubled and allows to feel like garden is part of the house
