- increase storage in kitchen and dressing
- terrace to be turned into a relaxing area and not a laundry area anymore

DESIGN AND LAYOUT
A new dynamic created by:
- designing a proper entry with custom made cabinet for shoes & keys
- increasing the kitchen size with modular open kitchen
- reorganising the living room around a nice little terrasse
- moving the office initially located near the children’s bedrooms to the other side of the apartment where the master bedroom was located so that a new enclosed area for the teenagers could be clearly separated
- new ensuite Master bedroom : bathroom layout revisited, enlarged and custom made dressing
- adding a modular guest room/home office adjacent to Master ensuite to make it even larger when no guest are visiting
